Conway Machine, Inc. and Helioz Technologies implement an eCatalog solution on Conway Machine’s website to provide a unique buying experience!
Conway Machine, Inc. produces gripper bars at their USA facility, following strict OEM guidelines. They offer various spare parts like strip pins, chains, and other replacement parts. Their manufacturing processes are continuously improved according to the ISO procedures.
Conway Machine Inc. was looking for a solution that would simplify the quoting process, automate steps in the manual processes, and improve the customer journey by enabling users to order simple products themselves and improve response time for complex proposals. Conway Machine Inc. is looking for a solution to let end users configure products, get quotes, and use 3D visualization to improve the user experience in ordering spare parts.
Helioz team started preparing a digital catalog that would solve their selling challenges. Once developed, the digital catalog would be implemented on their official website.

To showcase the variety of their products in the best way possible, Helioz Technologies developed an eCatalog to improve product information management. The eCatalog provides detailed product information, helping customers complete their purchasing decisions. The eCatalog Helioz developed for Conway Machine is unique in that it offers a 3D and 2D view, an interactive BOM table, and an RFQ button.

The Product Catalog lists all Conway s products available for purchase. Each product can be additionally filtered by the model number. This filtering option allows users to find their product quickly. Clicking on the desired product leads the users to an individual product page. Helioz developed a custom product page. The product page layout has a 3D interactive preview where the users can inspect the product in great detail. The product page also holds a description of the product. The bottom of the page shows all the related products and product specification documents.

It allows the user to preview the product by spinning the model around, zooming in and out, and seeing all the configured options. The viewer lets users click on any part of the highlighted product, preview only the selected part, and add the part to the cart. Users can navigate to the spare parts page from the product detail page. Helioz designed the spare parts page to help Conway s customers quickly identify and select the desired parts. The entire product remains visible in the 3D viewer, allowing users to browse through the available spare parts that are highlighted in the 3D model. Each part can be selected, inspected in 3D, and added to the cart.

For users that prefer simplicity, a 2D viewer is also featured on the website. The 2D viewer has numbered parts easily identified in the BOM table. When the user inspects the 2D drawing, the spare parts will be reflected in the BOM table. Clicking the desired spare part opens a window with the description and the option to add it to RFQ.
