TASKS
Here's What
You'll Do:
Market researching and competitive analysis
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements
Creating user-flow, maps, and detailed interface mockups
Creating interactive prototypes
Providing advice and guidance to the team related to UX/UI
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the creation of tailored experiences for the digital user
Designing UI elements such as navigational components, widgets, etc.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation and testing activities
Giving time estimates and describing tasks and requirement
Continuous learning and acquiring new skills

QUALIFICATIONS
Job
Requirements:
At least one (1) year of work experience as a UX/UI Designer
Excellent knowledge of the English language (clients from all around the world!)
Understanding UX/UI design principles and discovering best practices
Skilled in at least one of the UX/UI tools (preferably Figma)
Basic knowledge of some graphic design tools (Adobe tools - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Active interest in following trends related to UX/UI design
Knowledge of Web based technologies such as HTML & CSS (non-essential)
Working well in teams (you must be a team player)
Ability to take initiative
Enjoying creating designs
