Lead the project from beginning to the end through sprints

Determine and define project scope and objectives

Estimate resources needed to finish the project and manage resources in an effective and efficient way

Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Track project costs in order to meet budget

Create and manage a work plan and project schedule

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Keep learning and utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Measure project performance

Excellent knowledge of the English language (clients from all around the world!)

Relevant project management experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred (but not necessary)

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Good knowledge about project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Familiarity with Scrum methodology

Experience seeing projects through the entire life cycle

Analytical skills
