Helioz Technologies is hiring a Junior Sales Engineer to join our team in Slavonski Brod. This is a full-time, long-term role designed for someone who wants to build a serious career in international software sales. You'll start by working closely with senior team members and gain full exposure to the sales lifecycle: from presales activities and client communication to proposal writing, coordination with technical teams, and post-sale support including invoicing.
After a period of on-site work and proven results, remote work flexibility will be available. Your growth, learning speed, and contribution will be key drivers of your autonomy and future role.

Speaks and writes fluent English (any additional language is a plus)

Is comfortable with client-focused working hours, including afternoons

Estimating the required hours and resources for each project.

Has strong communication skills, energy, and the courage to handle calls and outreach

Is ready to learn fast and take initiative

Is interested in both technology and business (education in technical or economic fields is welcome)

Has basic computer and office skills (CRM or similar is a plus)

Can work on-site in Slavonski Brod in the initial phase

Participate in client meetings and discovery calls

Write proposals for both standard and custom software

Coordinate with project managers, developers, and the marketing team

Support the financial team with post-sale activities like invoicing

Learn how to manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead to close

High school, technical school, or university degree is acceptable.
